1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable carriers to provide safe and timely delivery. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order size, weight, and delivery location. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order amounts.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. Please note that unforeseen delays such as weather conditions or courier issues may affect delivery schedules.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, Destiny Shop is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Destiny Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
